User Profile

Manage Profile

To access your profile:

  • Go to the left hand menu bar
  • Click on Profile, it will display your personal information and the list of check-ins you have ever received.

  • Click on Edit to make changes to your personal information.
  • You can add or change your name, photo, phone contact and Email address. You can add more than one phone number and email address to your profile details by clicking the text button that reads ‘Add phone’ and ‘Add email’ a new empty section will appear to populate the information.

  • Click on cancel to avoid effecting the changes or save to save the change.
  • You can delete your account on this profile on the Delete My Account field. This will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the account.

NB: If you are the owner of the TenFour account this will delete the entire organisation account.

The admin and the owner are the only ones who can change the roles of users.
